Q: I like these shoes but seem a tad snug. Do they stretch a little after they are worn?

They are more snug than some other styles I have. Mine have stretched a little, though I haven't worn them more than about 15-20 times so far. A shoe repair shop can stretch them for you if needed.

Q: I need a european size 35 which is the same as a 4 1/2 in us. the price is $275 versus $150 in a size up why the difference?

I've found that popular sizes cost more.

Q: Are these shoes really machine washable (it says so under care instructions?

I would say NO. They are leather. I use a soft cloth to wipe them off. I would never consider putting them in the washing machine. Those instructions must be an error.

Q: What insole should I order when I need to replace the worn insole?
