Great info!
Lots of great information. We went to a dealer tonight and decided to go back in a day or two. I remembered I bought this book a few weeks ago and just read it cover to cover. I'm so glad I did before we tried to negotiate. Everyone should read this before buying a car!

Good!
It is helpful! I recommend reading this book before jumping into buying a car. While I was reading, it seems like the guy is talking to me, so funny! " ...same way he buries the strip club receipt from his wife" haha haha.

A strong starting point
The book lives up to the first part of the title; the second part not as much. The advice on checking the quality of the car is really helpful and worth the cost of the book many times over. But don't expect a real window into the world of the sales manager/salesman dynamic. I can appreciate the advice to not make an enemy of the salesman, but you don't get a true inside look at how a dealersip really works. The author is creating a good customer, not spilling secrets.

Excellent!
I find that I need to buy a good used car during the next week due to the sudden demise of my old one. This breezy, informative guide made me feel much more comfortable with the overall process and what to expect and look for at the dealership. Recommended for anyone in a similar situation.

Great book
Wade Tyler's book provides very helpful advice to used car buyers. He provides car dealer secret tactics and inside information that dealers would never disclose to their prospective buyers.

I wouldn't recommend buying a car without reading this book first!
Solid perspective from an industry insider. Invaluable information. This $9 investment will save me thousands of dollars and even more money in aggravation costs from buying used car destined to be in the shop after the warranty expires for my son. I would imagine car sales people will be shaking in the shoes from all the insights one can gain from Wade. I wouldn't recommend buying a car without reading this book first. This book is an investment anyone who is serious about buying a car from any dealership from Chevy to BMW must make. I suspect if this book gets any bad reviews of negative criticism it's a used car salesperson trying to keep you from owning this gem and ruining his [pay] day.
