Got this as a spare. Holds the walker in place when putting it into the sar. Such a simple idea that works so well.

Some rolling walkers need this gizmo to keep the walker from springing open when you load it into the car. It's a piece of plastic that grips one of the legs and then gets pushed up into the joint so it won't open on you by surprise. It doesn't attach well and often falls off. As a hunk of red plastic, it's way overpriced. It should be automatically included with the walker and redesigned so it doesn't come loose.In my case, I ordered one which came promptly, but knowing that it would be easy to lose, I ordered another one. The second one didn't arrive for about six months. Very strange.

After years of struggling to keep folded and transporting my walker, with it unfolding at the worst possible time, to the scratches on my car. to the pinched fingers, in desperation I decided to try to H-1002 Lock-N-Load device. It was a breeze to install, jusst clip onto the leg of the walker. When the walker is folded, simply slide the device up into the folded joint between the folded legs of the walker and it STAYS CLOSED! Even though I think it is overpriced for what it is, I woulld recommend the H-1002 to anyone thathas had to fight closing and transporting their walker. It is the only device of it's kind that I have found, is simplicity itself and it just plain works.

Have had walkers for 8-10 years. the lock n loads had worn out on both - they hd been flattened by folks who didn't know how to open the walker and would force it open and squash the red locks. When used properly, they work GREAT! They add stability to the locked, standing walker when it is not in use. They can be revived by wrapped duct tape around the extender section to "refatten," but only so often! Well worth the price.

It arrived on time and was easy to install. It does the job.
