Well-Made, but Rather Firm and Poorly Shaped for Arch Support
This brand seems to be very popular on Amazon, and I found it well made, properly cut, and fit well in my shoes, but after wearing a a size 11 set in my shoes for a few hours, I found the foam a bit too firm. However, the real issue was the design of the arch. I have high arches and needed an insert with significant support there, and while the photos show a very strong curve at the arch, it positioned too far back toward the heel. It's as though the product was designed as a size 9 and they just extended the toe portion to accommodate larger sizes. No other inserts I've ever tried were this far offThis was a no-go for me. My return was handled quickly, though.

O M G!!!!! What a difference !!
3 months ago I purchased two pairs. Put them in some sneakers, and a pair of boots. For some reason I switched shoes and didn't think of switching insoles in other new shoes. The new shoes I assumed already had arch support. I had good and bad days with heel pain. Then one day I put my old sneakers back on with the insoles that I bought and had a perfect painless day...I repeated wearing them the next day. Told my son, why didn't I stick with these, instead of buying new shoes? So I ordered 4 more pairs of insoles. They arrived today and I slipped a pair in my new shoes that I thought were once perfect. They are MORE than PERFECT! THEY give you the right arch support to relieve heel pain, and align my ankle to be vertical so my bones leading up to knees don't ache. That's what happens overtime when I was walking not wanting to put pressure on side of heel due to pain. Everything gets out of alignment. I am now 6 months into hopefully recovery soon on my heel pain. I don't believe mine was ever plantar fasciitis. I was misdiagnosed, I kept explaining what caused it, yet they quickly want to say PF!... mine was caused by a injury to the skin of my heel. Deep cut fissure on side. Took months to heel and even though on outer surface my skin looks healed. Damaged tissue and possibly nerves are taking longer to heal. I know now the difference if you have plantar fasciitis, or if it is not. Stretching and forcing myself to walk more was not the answer for me. I paid for it big time like barely being able to walk next 3 days..if I followed PF therapy. .I also got tested and have no infection in my body from old wound. So it will just take time to heel internally..the nerves. Be kind to your feet, where socks if your not wearing shoes😉 My answer is indoor shoes, as well as outdoor shoes with these amazing insoles! are what I will do from this day forward. I sound like a preacher...😄Amen!

I have plantar fasciitis and super flat feet and this product…
So I got plantar fasciitis in my left foot about two years ago and used this product in my soles for a very long time and after a week or two it seriously relieved my plantar fasciitis and eventually it was gone, I will note that when I first ores these insoles they did hurt my feet a bit more but that is just a part of the process, once you power through you’ll se results in days. But not recently I got plantar fasciitis again but I’m my right foot and at this time I had gone back to wearing normal soles which for someone like me with super flat feet was just not good, so again I got a couple of these same brand and product for my shoes and I wear is daily and in just a few days of using them while I was at my office desk job I noticed a huge difference in the decrease in pain. I will say when I first put them in my shoes I kept my shoelaces rather tight to make sure that even while I was sitting in a desk chair my foot still felt the pressure of the soles so i feel like it made it work more effectively.

No difference from the blue version, except for price
I have been buying Walk Hero orthotic insoles (in blue) for arch support for a few years now. I first bought them based on the Amazon description and reviews, to hopefully treat arch pain in one foot. It worked! They fit my shoes well (in place of the existing insoles) and are fairly stiff. This is not to say that they are the solution to everyone's problems, but they work for my feet that seem to be flattening with age. I recently visited a podiatrist, and he was impressed with these. Although the blue Walk Hero insoles are not very expensive, I noticed that the insoles in gray were considerably cheaper but had the same product description. I purchased them and could find no structural difference between the gray and the blue. They work for my arch pain. So in case you are hesitant to switch from blue to gray, know that I could not find a functional difference.

Good footbeds
I purchased these because I couldn't find Sole Footbeds. I like these better because the toe area is thinner and doesn't crowd my toes like the Sole ones. The Sole ones have better support, but these are pretty comfortable.

Delivered to wrong address.
Inserts provide arch support & are reasonably comfortable. Rating downgraded because the package was delivered to the wrong address.

Meets initial expectation, but jury is still out
I bought a size 8/8.5M and it fits well into my size 9. The support initially gave a nice bump to the arch. After 3 weeks of daily walking averaging 5-6 km a day, I see the toes imprints sinking into the sole and the EVA now feels thinner, while the arch support feels a little less. Hope it stays this way and not goes flat further!
