Fasen Spiral Bars are made with Spiral Fluting technology on the outside of the bar which gives great weight loss without affecting the strength of the bar. The top tube is also manufactured with butting technology. This means at the point of the bar we need strength and points where the strength is not important we can change the bar thickness. This also helps to save a lot of weight in the end product. Both of these Fasen manufacturing processes are not being used in other bars on the market. The Spiral bar is manufactured using the highest grade of 4130 T4 Cro-Moly from Taiwan. Normally Cro-Moly scooter bars average in weight around 2.40 lbs to 2.65 lbs. The Fasen Spiral bar weighs in at a very low 1.87 lbs making them the lightest 4130 Cro-Moly bars on the market.
