Tried many different brands but this one is by far A+......Fresh....tasty....yummy....helps with digestion....and a quick pick me up....Everything from this brand is always the very best in value...taste...and value anywhere...The bag is huge and the pieces have various lengths which makes it easier to pick and choose depending on what you desire....go for it...

this company has good product and good value. i love the ginger as a snack before bedtime. i like the pineapple they offer also.

Tried another company's "ginger" candy. It had no ginger flavor at all. This is very good and strong. I have had others that are stronger. The only downside is that there is too much sugar coating. I solved this by putting a handful in a bowl and rinsing them under cold water. This took off most of the sugar but left the ginger.

We go through a lot of crystallized ginger, for snacks and to use in baking and other recipes. Hands down this is the most delicious, softest, freshest ginger we have ever purchased. And the prices is great as well!

Ok. I read all the reviews. ESPECIALLY the ones about it not being strong. I'll admit, I was hesitant to try it. I'm glad I did.It may not be STRONG... but it's enough. It's plain ginger. It's NOT freakin' blow your mind strong. Ginger is ginger, and that's what this is. Yes, there is sugar on the pieces... but that helps keep them separate as they are SOFT pieces, so you can get one piece instead of one whole block. I repeat.... these are great, but SOFT!The flavor is awesome, and the sugar *what little there is* does help a bit. But it does not taste like candy... it's a good ginger flavor. In my order I also got a bag of Gin-Gin's, and they're about the same on ginger strength.Overall, these are a great value for the money, and are not bad on their own! I will definitely be purchasing these again! May be sooner than later....as I've had SEVERAL pieces since recieving the Amazon delivery....... *LOL*

I like the flavor and the heat. It's a little mushy and a lot of sugar! I'd rather not have that much sugar. The kind of, I want to wipe it off before I eat it, too much sugar. I'm not likely to buy it again because of the sugar. For that much money I shouldn't have to cook it twice.
