Came as pictured. Very easy to assemble/hook up. Unfortunately my starter does not work so I have to manually light it. That is the only bummer but overall I love the table and would purchase it again. Using it on a composite roof deck UPDATE: all the paint started peeling off and big pieces. I covered it in the winter, but it did sit out in the rain in the summer. Very disappointed that it didn’t even make it through one season. That said it did work well.

This fire table is the perfect size for our patio. It came in perfect condition, no cracks or chunks missing. It came much faster than amazon said also, which we appreciated!! Very easy to put together and we love that it has a propane tank cover that looks like a side table. It also came with a protective cover in case it rains or for winter time. There is a long cord that connects the fire table and propane tank and I put an additional rug down over that so no one trips. It helps to string it under the couch too. After being indoors for so long due to shelter in place, we decided to give our patio a makeover. I purchased the patio furniture at the same time as this fire table. We use it constantly now and couldn't be happier! My kids love making S'mores and relaxing by the fire. Highly recommend and great price!

Sooooo disappointed. It’s already ruined, and we’ve barely used it. I purchased in November, enjoyed a handful of times before the weather became too cold, and it now destroyed and looks awful. So incredibly disappointing. Otherwise, it was perfect. Lovely fire. Great price. Great looking. But if you live in Chicago, as we do, or anywhere else with cold winters, no. The paint has completely peeled off. Bubbled up and peeled off. Really terrible looking. I’ve now had for only about three months.

We love this firepit! Perfect for our backyard, we wanted something low to the ground and easily hook up to propane. This is a steal as most propane fire pits are $600+. It puts off a decent amount of heat and looks great. It’s more of a light gray color than it is a white.

So far it hasn't had more than one issue. The only reason for the missing star is I've had to turn it off/on as the flow of gas for some reason was stuck on low (even when moving the dial up and down). However, just like a computer, a 'reboot' fixed it. I turned it completely off and turned it back on and BOOM! Back in business.It lets out a lot of heat and was great for a friend gathering I had this past weekend. I will continue to use it a lot to ensure before the return period's up that it doesn't have flow issues again. It also doesn't appear to use much propane which is great! I did wish they has a 'glass shield' option however to help focus some of the heat in an upward direction and to block the wind, but the sides are angled so you can tell it's not really made for a glass shield. For the price, can't really be upset! I loved that it's the lower style (much more modern in my opinion) and the square concrete look. I seen other reviews where they said it was 'cheap' materials. I mean... it's not concrete and it doesn't say it is. It also doesn't feel cheap at all, it's very heavy... and newsflash... the concrete models are double/triple price. OH! Almost forgot to mention, it came with touch up paint AND a cover. Seriously you NEED a cover and it's an extra expense you don't have to worry about.All and all - more than I had hoped for! Thank you for making a great fire pit at an affordable price!

Love this fire pit! Great for sitting around hanging out watching TV or whatever outside. We’re in Texas so it doesn’t get miserably cold here so I’m not sure I’d go crazy with calling it a fantastic heat source but for here, it’s great.I love that the propane tank has its own storage that can be used as a table. The bang for your buck on this is pretty great. It looks just as good as some of the more expensive ones. I’d definitely recommend to others!

We wanted a fire pit that wasn't like the ones everyone else had in their yard or patio. The clean lines of this pit fit in with our asian inspired backyard perfectly. We did pitch the lava rocks into a planting bed and replaced them with three different colors of fire glass. we've only had one chilly night so far, but we greatly enjoyed sitting by the pit. It generates plenty of heat and we expect to be able to enjoy sitting out well into late fall/early winter.

I was hesitant to purchase as customers had problems with the fireplace and the customer service. Unfortunately, I took the risk, the first one would not start at all, boxed up sent back, the 2nd one would not stay started. Was not even that hot when it stayed started for a minute. Major hassle to box up and bring to UPS store twice. Best Products played dumb on my orders, saying they did not see my returns in the system even though I had UPS/Amazon-proof they received both, they were not wanting to give me a refund. Amazon escalation team had to get involved BIG BIG HASSLE NOT WORTH IT, the fireplace is junk. The only thing good about it looks good, though does not work! Waste of my time.
