This really has exceeded my expectations - a really magnificent roasting tin with a lid which effectively doubles as another roasting dish. The base is quite deep, and the tray which acts as a lid is slightly more shallow but very much 'full size' too. Both have handles and could easily be used side by side.The black enamel is slightly speckled with white, which didn't show clearly in the photos but it looks really nice in person.I am so excited about having a roasting tin with a lid as I will be able to reduce my use of aluminium foil. This is going to be a much more environmentally friendly way of keeping dishes covered to retain moisture, when a recipe calls for it.Gorgeous quality, really nice enamel and hopefully will last for years, as my previous Riess enamel pan did.

I started off with a smaller black speckled pan by Riess (26 x 4.8) as an experiment and it turned into a go to pan for small pan roasted meals and heating up chilled meals. It washes up nicely and there is no non stick stuff on it that gradually wears off. So that's nice. So I was given a gift card and got this pan (costing more than I would normally spend on a roasting pan) which has a top pan that acts as a lid,as another buyer says no more tin foil.Now this is the next go to roasting pan for us in two sizes or used together. I really like these pans ,I bought on prime and this came in a box very quickly,thank you

Sehr schöner Ersatz für unsere 30 Jahre alten Pfannen. Ich hoffe auf auch so lange Nutzbarkeit.
