Casio Women's BA-111-1ACR Baby-G Analog-Digital Display Quartz Black Watch

First off, she's a clutz so the shock resistance alone is worth the price. She's been complimented daily. I've had my G-shock for 3 years now and it's been absolutely perfect for my lifestyle. The size is spot on for her, and she's in love with the design and colors. It takes a bit to figure out as far as setting alarms, changing times, etc... but if you've owned any sort of sports watch it's nothing really new. We'll put it to the ultimate test when it gets warm enough to go cliff jumping and kayaking and whatnot, but so far she couldn't ask for much more in a watch. If it's anything like my version, she'll never take it off.Her only complaint so far is the same exact one I have with mine: the light is great for the analog function, but pretty much useless for the digital aspects. Not sure why there isn't a back glow for these things....

I bought this watch for myself for work. It was delivered very quickly and came in a cute canister that my daughter now uses for hair ties. It was initially a little confusing to set the time but I was able to figure it out (I had to turn off daylight savings time). The band fits well and feels very sturdy. I have banged it around quite a bit (my job get's relatively physical sometimes) and it is holding up great! There is not a scratch or scuff on it even though I have had it for a few months now. Usually, my watches do not go more than a week or two without getting scratched or scuffed. I definitely recommend this product.

Purchased along with several other items, for shipment to me overseas. Dispatched and arrived promptly. The watch was a Christmas present for my nine year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. Quality build, looks just like the posted images. No complaints about being unable to read the display. Money well spent!!

I absolutely love the look of this watch. As long as you are in a lighted area, you will be able to see the screen just fine. If you are in a dimly lit area, there is no chance that you will be able to read any of the digital numbers. While using the light in the dark, it's nearly impossible to read the digital time. The analog clock hands are easy to see in both light and dark areas. The light stays on for less than two seconds, so be prepared to read the time quickly.I am highly disappointed that the light is at the bottom of the watch and interferes with reading the digital time. It would have been nice for the watch to be back lit like the digital Baby-G. The watch dies in my digital Baby-G, so I decided to go with the analog instead. I bought this watch to time my husband's seizures. It was most important that I could read the seconds in digital format. Unfortunately, I can't see depending on the lighting. Had there been an analog second hand, I would have been happy. I really wish Casio would step it up and fix this. I just wanted a mature looking watch that fits my personality. The most important factor was to be able to immediately keep track of seconds; the watch definitely let me down there.

I love this watch! This was my first Baby-G and it’s so cute and stylish, I get lots of compliments on it. The one huge downfall is that the digital face is very light pink and the light is a faint amber-that doesn’t help at all! I can barely see anything except the analog hands.

I LOVE it!!! I've worn nothing but Casio g-shock watches and I've never been disappointed! I'm very hard on watches and these watches have never let me down! My dad first got introduced to them (around 22 years ago) while he was in the Navy and got us both 1, neither him or I could destroy it. I'm now an adult with children of my own and my kids now wear them (ages 16, 15 and 12). Now I have my husband wanting one, he has small wrists and hands so the baby g's fit perfect on him! He tried mine on and he said it was really comfortable.

I ordered this watch to wear to my job. I work in a very tough field and I have no doubt that it’s going to be able to make it thru whatever situation I run into.

Bought it for my partner to replace her old one. She loves it! I was very impressed with it too!

I personally wish the digital readout was a neon color and easier to read, but the girl loves it so whatever. 4/5 stars. It looks great and runs good too, the low light LED is the only downer.
