My wife and I enjoy wine without meals and passing the bottle back and forth will often lead to spills (and to one of us hogging the bottle!). Now I just pour the contents in to the carafe (I use more carafes if we have company of course) and then everyone has their own and can pour their wine at the rate they desire. These were a great buy and are very attractive on the table. They remind me so much of the little French Bistros we love in France. If they were to break (and they are sturdy enough I doubt they will) I'd buy them again immediately.

On the small side but worked

I host a lot of dinners and lunches and one of the things I find keeps me on my feet is refilling the water glasses. I bought these bottles for guests to refill their glasses on their own. It works and all my guests love it. They're cute and add a little panache to my table settings.

Very thick glass, and sturdy. We pour a shot of bourbon in them and use a smoker to fill the carafe up with smoke, then deliver to our guests with a thin slice of orange on top to hold the smoke in. Makes a very neat presentation. These carafes are the perfect size for this purpose.

Perfect sized juice carafes for a girls trip. 4 options of juice worked out great for brunch/ mimosa bar.

I got these for a friend's birthday mimosa bar, and they worked perfectly. They are on the small side, which is perfect for us, because really... the juice in a mimosa is just for color, right? I used the classic OJ in one, Knudsen's strawberry nectar in another, and peach in a third. Strawberry was actually awesome!Beyond the mimosa bar, they also work great as flower vases. They hold a dozen roses just right.

The carafes were exactly as expected perfect size, glass thick. However 2 of the 6 were cracked at the neck/top. The outer box did not appear damaged but when unwrapping each carafe box the two broken seemed to have been double bubble wrapped as if someone packaging them was possibly aware. Would like them replaced!

The glass have scars like if it was welded in irregular lines like on the picture. It's not cracked. Asked for return, was accepted, but the boxe it came in was already sent to the recycle bin (lost) so cannot return it. $ in the drain.
