Great product that I got a good deal on. Powers my 2 kicker solo x 12s and a 1200w amp. Had to add foam tape to all of the glass tables and china in the house due to so much powerful bass sharing everything's windows rattling from deep base while watching movies. Recommended.

If your on the fence about this power supply, don't think twice, just buy it. I researched the hell out of these things to run a amp for my base station radio and this thing doesn't break a sweat running a 5 pill rated at 80 amps. Hell the fan doesn't even hardly come on, it doesn't get hot, of course I'm not real long winded. I waited a couple weeks before writing this, I was just so happy with it I HAD to write a review!!

The first unit had the input mosfets and a track on the circuit board blown. The second unit also has an input mosfet blown plus I I can see the big 2200 uf input capacitor is swollen. When I took the capacitor out I heard the insides rattling around. It capacitor had failed because it dried out. This makes me think that perhaps the first one also died because of a failed capacitor.It seems that the “intelligent cooling fan of this converter/charger only comes on when a certain part of the converter gets hot but not when another part, like that big capacitor, has overheating problems. When you use this converter to keep your batteries up to level while only using a moderate amount of power in your RV the fan won’t come on and the converter will age fast and fail as described.If you want to use the converter to just charge your battery bank fast and then turn it off then this converter is just fine. If you want to use this converter/charger to also power your rig while hooked up to shore power then you’d better keep on looking.

Using to power Sundown 1500 watt rms on 2 bd4 audio pipe 12 inch woofers and it’s doing lovely so far…. recommend battery if using more power

I didn't need the equalizing cycle and so saved some money with this. When my RV is plugged in the tree cycles work perfectly for me.

Not much noise or vibration since it is in the basement

Lots of charging power when needed. Charged up my battery bank on my solar system in only four hours. Extremely happy.

Works we'll like the idea of option to be able to charge or maintain system voltage, has adjustable voltage rotary switch. Has no on and off switch, again this is a ac to dc converter for rv's. Well built unit

J'ai acheté cet item pour remplacer celui existant dans mon vr. Il a bien fonctionné même pas 2 minutes après avoir prit feu. J'ai tenté de joindre le vendeur et aucune réponse. Service après vente pourri en fait inexistant.
