Fits perfectly
Although I haven't actually used this product yet, I did do a "dry fit" and it fit perfectly and should/hopefully allow me to NOT damage the crankshaft position sensor. I'm planning to install a K&N filter that has the nut on the end to allow the use of a socket. Harley should have done this in the first place.

Just buy it
Buy it, it's cheap. I think Harley charges like $30-$50 or something crazy for this thing. I bet it's probably from the same manufacturer anyways. It's decently hard to ensure tightness without this little gut and you risk scratching your chrome filter. Worked as it should and got it nice and secure without damaging. Aside from the debt I put in it before buying it. Fit really snug as well. Stop reading reviews and giving yourself a headache. Just buy it. Seriously if you keep reading this and haven't bought it your not going to. Buy it fool. BUY ITTTTTTTTTTT. Thanks for coming to Ted talk reviews.

The only one that worked.
Last time my oil was changed by my local Harley-Davidson dealership...I really think they over tighten so you will bring your bike in for service. I tried 2 other wrench like devices and it wouldn't budge. You can see the dents caused by my other tools. Before resorting to using a screwdriver, I did some research that resulted in finding this product. It's was tricky at first to take off. Alignment with the opening of the cap to the right is key for easy removal. The hole in cap allows you to clear the motor housing when removing.

Good wrench, but does not fit S&S oil filters for early fatboy or mid 2000's sportsters
