Amazing Smell !!!! Long lasting !!!! Great Foam !!!! I used to use Lafco rosemary eucalyptus soap (no longer available)… Four times the price and doesn’t last as long. I cannot recommend this soap enough!!!!

I've been buying this brand & this type of soap for years-- but in the larger bath size. I've never bought these smaller "value pack" size before. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME as the larger bath size. I even confirmed with the company that the two products are made by 2 different suppliers manufacturing the soap for A La Maison. That I'm not crazy about in & of itself. I thought this company was manufacturing the soap themselves. Not so.These soaps have a synthetic, almost chemical smell which is my biggest problem. I've used A La Maison because the scent is subtle, natural, and doesn't bother my asthma which can be triggered by synthetic smells. These soaps out of the package caused a bit of a breathing issue. I needed the soap, so I didn't return them-- just aired them out a bit & the smell did seem to dissipate. But, they have a different scent than the bath size.Second, the color is different. The bath size is a darker green, these are a bland washed out color. Between color and scent, I'm thinking the recipe is different as well. I don't have a serious issue, but since I started using these smaller soaps, my eczema has flaired up and my skin overall seems drier.Third, the packaging is also different-- using more plastic than is necessary.Since there were so many differences, I contacted the company concerned that I had bought a counterfeit product. They apologized, but did tell me they used 2 different suppliers to manufacture the bath size and smaller value pack size. So, buyer beware.

Lathers up quick, good smell. Doesn't rash my skin like some others.

Had these soap bars been any larger, they would have gotten all five stars. The scent is wonderful, like strolling through an herb garden. They do appear to be longer lasting than other soap bars, and they leave my skin soft, not feeling stripped.
