I purchased the sundial as a gift for my husband on our ruby anniversary. The trouble was my sister-in-law also purchased the same thing as a gift to myself and my husband. There was a slight problem with the fixings of the sundial that I'd bought ( which the manufacturer would have sorted out) so I sent it back and kept the other.The manufacturer kept good contact with me during the returns process and quickly gave a full refund.The product itself is small as other reviewers have mentioned but measurements are given. Although it is small when it's mounted on a plinth it looks good.We chose to buy a stone plinth locally (actually a bird bath with the bath taken off of the column) and the sundial was easily fixed to this. We are pleased with the sundial and it's a welcome addition to our garden.I would use this company again owing to the easy refund process and their polite and efficient service.

Bought this for my sister and brother-in-law’s Ruby Wedding Anniversary and they loved it. It was slightly smaller than expected but that makes it “cute.” It is excellent quality, the seller was prompt with delivery and the item was well packaged with relevant information to help you set it up. This makes an excellent and unusual gift and is well worth the money. A very good buy. Perhaps it might be worth the manufacturer considering whether to make them in at least two sizes - the present size and one that is slightly larger. I would definitely buy this again for a future occasion though.

Bought this for my parents 40th Anniversary. They have only recently started enjoying their garden so when I saw this, I thought it unusual, but also a brilliant idea, and my siblings agreed.It arrived in good time, unfortunately we had an issue with the stand. Luckily, we realised I was living not too far from the company and managed to get it all sorted within a few days before the actual day.They were swift with offering to replace the return (which was not required, just a new paint job on the stand). I was kept informed very well by a woman named Carole who was really very nice and can't thank her for fixing this.It truly is a remarkable gift and worth getting for that loved one(s). Never would I have thought about this if I had never seen it offered.
