PillivuytPorcelain 9 Inch Square Chop Dish,

love, love this baking dish and use it for almost everything from casseroles, baking and roasting. it is the perfect size, has been non-stick and cleans like a dream. love that it fits in our convection toaster oven. don't know what i ever did without it. it is the same top quality as my other pillilvuyt pieces. if you decide to purchase this, i don't think you'll be disappointed.update: this has become an everyday go to baker. love it.

This is a well made dish that I have used for several months. It easily fits into my toaster oven, which is why I purchased it, and I am able to cook several different types of food in it. It is larger than the pyrex 8" square dish, so I can fit larger pieces of meat like the picnic chicken pieces (thigh and leg attached). Inside measurement is 7 1/2", side with handles measures about 10 1/4". It is approx. 2" deep. Great purchase for me.

Love it. Bought it to germinate seeds and fits well on the germination pads and transfers and holds the heat very well from the pad to maintain that perfect 70-72F temperature. I use for hard to germinate seeds and works well.

I am not the greatest cook and sometimes I cook things a little longer than absolutely necessary. This is so easy to clean up and so nice to look at too.

This product lives up to its Pillivuyt reputation. Beautiful in its simplicity, strong, but not heavy, and cleans up easily with just a little soaking. I have a fair number of Pillivuyt porcelain products and love them all.

I like it very much. I was looking for 9 inch square dish and I finally found it. It's a nice looking dish. Highly recommend it.

I use it often for everyday use. Looks great on the table and washes up nicely in the dishwasher.
