I ordered 4 of the black ladder-back stools with the black vinyl seat. I had been looking a long time for barstools that I liked and would look good in my kitchen. Delivery was prompt and the barstools came undamaged. They are very sturdy and were easy to assemble. I had a problem in that the stools were too high for my counter, however, that was totally my fault because I did not pay close enough attention to the product specifications. Also, I made another mistake by not reading the return policy for items that large and heavy!! I had never ordered any merchandise that big from Amazon, but I was now finding myself with the responsibility of repacking and paying the postage to ship them back to the seller. The postage turned out to be more than the cost of the barstools. I contacted the seller's Customer Service Department hoping for any assistance returning the merchandise. Response to my questions was immediate and the professionalism and the desire to help me was outstanding. The Customer Service Department and the Management Team resolved the issue in that I kept all 4 barstools and was given a credit for 2 of them. I was so very grateful and would highly recommend purchasing products from Dinazah. You will not be disappointed.

We bought these for our kitchen. They are just the right height. The metal bottom makes these barstools so sturdy. The cushion on the stool is soft, comfortable, with nice leather like material which feels like great quality. I think these will last a long time too. I hit the rating stars wrong and couldn’t change it. The barstools are all fives stars!! I would highly recommend these!!

I purchased two of these chairs to go with my new pub height table. The mahogany finish is very nice and blends appropriately with the walnut finish of the table. Assembly was a breeze! The metal portion of the chairs is fully assembled (unibody construction), so all that was needed was to install the wooden seats. I used a pen to mark the places the screws were to be placed, then used a drill to place the holes. Aft that, a manual screwdriver was all that was needed to finish the job. My only complaint was that one of the wooden seats was chipped upon arrival. However, this was quickly remedied and a new seat was shipped to me within days. Overall, these chairs are awesome and should hold up to years of use. As a bonus, the price truly cannot be beaten given the quality of the chairs!

I like this chair, however I have just two complaints - The rungs and the back support. My kid (age 6) has a problem climbing up because one rung is too low, and the other is too high. There needs to be one in the middle. My husband complains that the back rest is set low which doesn't give the greatest support. We like higher backs on our chairs. Good points are this chair is very sturdy, super easy to assemble. Takes 5 minutes to install the seat (with a drill) using the included 4 screws (use a drill because there are no holes pre-drilled for you). Packaged very well. So well in fact that this is the longest part of the assembly - just getting all that off! But hey, no scratches, so thanks for all that wrapping! This should hold up for years to come. I'm happy it is metal and the seat is very comfortable. All 4 of my floor protectors were intact and not damaged. They are white, which is odd on a black chair, so they stand out if. If that bothers you, search for others on here. This chair with the cushion sits pretty high, so make sure to measure if your counters sits low. Some adults can't put their legs directly under the counter when sitting on this. I ordered just one chair to test out which is nice that you can do this since most chairs come in a set of 2.

Just received my chair … Seat are ripped and tore from all side … not at all good quality …. Not happy as they charge me almost $70 for junk which is of no use

Quality built piece of furniture.Arrives in a massive box in 2 pieces, with the only assembly being screwing in the hardwood base to the pre-welded frame. The welded frame is wrapped up like a mummy, with padded foam paper completely ensconcing it.One area that made me pause before ordering (the hardwood Mahogany version) was the exact seat height. The 42 1/4" height deals with the total height from floor to top of the chair back. In reality, the seat is just at 29" off the floor. I would guess the padded seat options available would add ~1" to the seat height.You can Google around for yourself to see the recommended seat height for your counter space, but generally 10-12" clearance from your counter height is what you're looking for. For my counter top, I was hoping this would be ~1" taller, but it still works great and looks great. The plastic footings on the base of the frame are not adjustable at all, so the height you get is the height you're dealing with.I already love the feel and look of the 2 seats I ordered. The hardwood base will stand the test of time, and both the seat base and the frame can always be painted/stained later, providing many more years of use. Compared to the other options out there, paying ~$58/apiece for this sort of quality is an absolute steal. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice, sturdy stool, very comfortable. The body of the chair was well-made, welds were good, as it was one piece, and pretty easy to assemble. I did not realize that there were no pre-drilled holes to assemble the seat to the chair, and I had to drill them. Luckily, I have a drill and know how to use it. However, I ordered this for my big and tall husband and the seat was too high for him at 30", so I had to return and purchase another with a 24" height.
