Premium Pumpkin Seeds
These were premium pumpkin seeds. I’ve actually never seen any this perfect and uniform in size, shape, color and density. These were not roasted or salted. They were raw. I will reorder them roasted and salted if they are available from Bob’s Red Mill. If they are not, I will get more and try roasting them myself.

GREAT TASTING PUMPKIN SEEDS
I place the seeds in a small food processor and grind them into a powder. I sprinkle it on my Oatmeal every morning. It's healthy and adds a great flavor.
