Easy replacement. All the parts are there. Just remove the cap, remove the retainer, remove 1 of the valve and replace with the same valve in the same direction, remove the other valve and replace with the same 1 in the same direction, install new spacer, replace the o-ring on the cap and reinstall the cap. Done.Saved myself $900 from a plumber.
