Q: Have a tight fit on my Bonanza - are these the exact same circumference of the 4509 standard bulb - how does the flasher connect?

Hey, Greg: Yes, diameter is exactly the same. BUT... not the depth! This is an LED unit that does not generate heat. But they have these PITA really thick & deep cooling fins on the back! What in the world for? Anyway, I spent an hour each side with my Dremel tool cutting and grinding the darned fins off to fit into a “sandwich holder” designed for the typical 4509’s in the wing tips of my Arrow. I cussed and spit. The screw posts on the back are not standard size, and you’ll have to use their supplied VERY SMALL fine thread screws. Your fingers better not be “dunder thumbed” when working. The posts are also polarized, as there is a true positive and tue ground post. Now, with all that said... I loved the 3 I purchased. They are awesome bright and I’ll never go back to incandescent. No current draw essentially. I don’t have to change bulbs every 15 hrs. The price is 1/3 of the “name brands”. My sweat equity was worth the $400-600 savings difference for 3 bulbs.

Q: Do the lights come with mounting brackets? want to use in vans rv 9a will they work? lights mounted in the wings one light each side.

Didn't come with mounting brackets just the screw for attaching the wire. On another note it burnt out after a few hours which a LED shouldn't do. Would look for another one.

Q: How do you know which terminal is positive?

We've started marking all the positive terminals with red. If you have an older version that's not marked, just try reversing if it doesn't work. They're polarity protected so you can't break the light by installing it in the other order.

Q: Will this fit a 150L landing light?

It fits all standard PAR-36 lights. Please consult with your aircraft manual or mechanic to see what type of light you can use.
