LOVE these vitamins! They have everything you need plus iron! Normally I cannot take iron as it really upsets my stomach, but not these. So happy I found them as I am anemic and need to take iron to stay healthy.

After years of using a popular commercial vitamin for women my brother (a lifelong vegetarian) told me about this product. It truly changed my health - no exaggeration. When comparing the contents of the popular petite vitamin I had used for years with Ladies One - it was shocking !
