The included ampoule shattered and cut my lip
No, this is not a great device. It broke upon first use and cut my lip, it sheared off the side of the ampoule. Don’t buy it. If that’s not enough keep reading because there are other reasons, all of them deal breakers that someone would chose not to buy this particular brand and device. The only advantage this device has is control over the depth that product is forced into the skin. For anyone who is not a professional, this is just going to be confusing, useless, and potentially damaging. You will waste about half your product with this device due to it’s poor design which requires a new ampoule (I mean for sterile conditions which should be used) which they supply a single ampoule but you’ll be required to purchase more separately. Every single time you go to click that pen....you need to fill a new ampoule with an exact dose for ONE click or one small infusion of product into your skin. Then unscrew the old ampoule, place the device into the pressurizing box, close it to prime the piston, remove the device from the box, take your new ampoule fill it with the correct dose for one “click” carefully screw it in (you lose product here too because it oozes out of the top) place it on the spot you’d like to use it, press the button, and then start this process all over again with a new ampoule, measuring your dose, unscrewing the old one, filling a new one with the exact dosage, prime device, screw ampoule back in, and so on over and over.If that is not enough to make you want to throw the thing, don’t worry, it’s very powerful. I know this since the first use (using their included ampoule) was so forceful that the pressure rather than forcing $15 worth of product into my skin, just literally sheared off the side of the ampoule through the top which cut me. I’m an esthetician. I was excited about this product. It’s not safely designed, there ARE risks involved albeit less than using needles for a DIY but not necessarily if the ampoules cannot hold up to the force of the product. This could result in all kinds of injuries, an razor sharp piece of a plastic ampoule hitting someone in the eye is just one scenario I can think of but scars, injury to others, those are a legitimate concern here. There are still areas where the face is very vascular and should be avoided. This can be learned with some research on YouTube and by reading. This particular pen is a bit MORE risky because of its sole advantage: adjustable depth which ironically makes it so inconvenient and poorly designed that if you don’t end up getting hurt by it breaking during usage, you will likely need to reserve 4 hours of time to complete a sterile procedure. Refilling the ampoule is not sterile, continually opening it to put another dose in exposes the product to microbes that you don’t want pushed into your skin. Can you use the same one? If The device allowed for a dosage meter, yes you could, but without that ability....no...you cannot follow standard infection control procedures refilling the same ampoule. This is injection grade product going into your skin. It is sterile if it’s the correct product. You won’t find that on Amazon, you’ll need to order it from a company that sells these products and has a good reputation.Lastly, this pen is manufactured in China like all Hyaluron pens. And you may purchase it for about $10 directly from AliExpress. You’ll need to wait longer for shipping of course but even if you bought a pen directly from a medical supply company here in the US, it’s coming from the same manufacturer, they just slap a different logo on it and mark up the prices 10 times the wholesale. Overall as an esthetician with knowledge of the skin and training, I found this device lacked simple instructions (Literally nothing was included and a google search brought up a broken YouTube link and about 2 hours of scouring the internet still left me feeling uneasy because....simple instructions with a medical device are standard) and increases risk of infection if using the same ampoule, while also cutting my lip open which wasn’t the look I was going for.Get yourself a pen with a lever to pressurize and adjustable metered dosage rather than this device which will require much more effort and is so powerful that it seems to break its own parts Against your face. Power is great until it’s something sharp and powerful near your face. This pen is not worth this price, and for this price the seller could at the very least throw in enough ampoules for a single treatment which I’m guessing is likely 20 at least. I’m returning the device, which may be faulty but might also just be extremely powerful and ampoules being made for multiple devices don’t hold up to the pressure of this one. Overall I lost a lot of product, which means I paid to have my lip injured and take the time to return this thing. My lip was cut open and bleeding, I bought ampoules which I won’t use, and I feel like the company should be compensating ME for this. The device was also not sealed. It appeared like a few smudge marks on the box that pressurized the device. The nature of the device, it should be sealed. Since it has been used I will make sure that I mark it as a Used device and the packaging as well. I was not so concerned about it until I really inspected it under bright light after the device cut me. The box just doesn’t look “fresh”. Someone else mentioned a similar complaint. If you return this type of product in which the nature is personal and it could spread disease (like say I’m bleeding from my lip and the product could now have my blood on it.....)amazon will accept the return with packaging altered or missing so the product may not be sold again as a new product. It isn’t legal to resell a product of this nature. I’m not sure if they did that but if they didn’t the company needs to clean up its production area.

Excellent product it really works . I used it on my lips and under eyes around my frown lines. This is a break through in beauty. I used this with my hyaluronic lift. Amazing results.

DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!!
This device is dangerous. I am currently taking an antibiotic as well as prednisone to control the inflammation and reduce the scarring that this terrible device caused to my face.

Very good very happy
Works as it should. I like the packaging. No product loss very impressed. Comes with instructions on how to use. I'm very pleased. I've included before and after photos to show the change, as well as next day photos. I did get a bruise but that's to be expected when working on the lips. No more over lining for me! I'm very happy with my purchase

Works but breaks after one use
I have 3 of these. They sort of work if I use my own HA suspension (not actual filler which apparently is too thick to make it out of the tip). However all 3 of them broke after one use. Wish I could get a replacement or a refund.
