Glad to find it and quality good

I just found my typewriter in the garage and I brought it inside the house to use. I realize I needed the ribbon before I could use it because it had run out. I have been looking for this ribbon for quite some time. Looking on the Amazon site I found my ribbon,and the price looked good. I put in my order for it,and I received it pretty fast in the mail. You all told me when it would arrive,and also let me know when it was sent out. It arrived in good working order,and I put it in my typewriter. It does work and I can't wait to use my typewriter for writing out different forms. My son says he would love too use it to. We wanted to do more than using the computer for typing out and printing things,we wanted to do it the old fashion way. Amazon thank you for having a great site,along with great products to order the things that I need. I will continue to be a customer of yours for for a long time,and will be ordering again soon.

Well, my 11 year old son does! We found a type writer at Goodwill and he was really fascinated with the idea of how they work. Problem was, the ribbon was out of ink. We found this, it was easy to install, although a little costlier than I would have preferred but I suppose they are not in high demand. Anyway, it works, I had a nice bonding experience with my son, and we both agree Google Docs is way better than a type writer.

I'm typing up my family history, and couldn't find a replacement ribbon was so very happy to finially be able to get back to my project. worked just as expected

I like the fact that I was able to find such an antiquated item. Thank you Amazon. A simple typewriter makes addressing an occasional envelope etc faster without the need to open a computer. Tape ribbon prints very neatly and gives an address on an envelope with as much clarity as a computer printer

I love this product !! Smith Corona Rules !! My Smith Corona typewriter has given me years of faithful service and as long as I can continue to find replacement ribbons for it, I will continue to use my typewriter for correspondence with family, friends, and businesses. I am just not a big fan of word processors or computers for correspondence. It lacks that personal touch.

I like this product and it does work with my electronic Smith Corona Typewriter, it is almost like the original ribbon, it fits, work and function well. I will buy again once I need a replacement.
