I decided to make my own mustard. Easy, excellent and cheap with these large packs. After mixing brown and yellow seeds (in the mixture you want...takes a bit of experimenting to determine that) grind the seeds a bit, soak them in vinegar overnight then add any other ingredients you may like ...maybe honey, cognac, bourbon, wine etc. then process in a food processor (I use a Vita MIx) and Voila fabulous mustard!

My wife and I got this to make our own mustard. This was a very good price per pound and makes excellent mustard.

Bought for a Spicy Mustard Ferment, it served my purposes but I wish it came in a resealable container as shown in the image, that is the only reason I selected this particular package over others that were cheaper.

Great product. Wont have to purchase the small containers at the grocery store! Shared it with extended family since it is a large quantity.

I use this to make all sorts of wholegrain mustards. It's a very mild seed that soaks up the flavor of whatever you soak it in. Would be nice if it came in an organic version as well.

I bought this to start making my own homemade mustard. 5lbs of seeds is a LOT. I don't think I'll ever need to buy mustard seeds again. They work well for what I was making. A resealable bag would be nice.
