The pieces are 11 inches long so it probably won't fit over the entire sole. Also, what is the sole of the boot made of? Is it a flat surface or is there tread. This product won't adhere to a tread sole, only a flat, smooth sole.

Q: Will the stick on house slipper bottoms?

Only if it is a leather-type bottom. Anything fluffy or suede will not have a good adherence with the Sticky Bottom.
