most herbal preparations have to be taken over weeks or months before any effect is felt.I started taking Femeno 1 five days ago and have noticed a significant difference in my overall health and well-being. Bought it to help with hot flushes due to menopause, they are not helping at all

After two days i did not notice any changes in my problems except the tablets gave me diarrhoea so i had to stop taking them i shall look for tablets with different ingredients

I’ve been using those however for a different reason , since I’m struggling with very irregular periods , these tablets help me to regulate my hormones and my periods

I was dubious about these as they aren’t cheap, but they have transformed my life! No more drenched nights with sweats, so I’m sleeping well and therefore feeling much better generally. I stopped taking them for a couple of days and the symptoms returned so immediately ordered more. All I can say is it works for me!

Ich wache Nachts nicht mehr auf, oder kaum, und habe dementsprechend viel mehr Energie tagsüber und bessere Laune. Das Produkt hat sicherlich den Stoffwechsel verbessert und somit die Hitze und Kälte Schwankungen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
