Gorgeous lamp
First lamp arrived damaged, no fault of seller looks to have happened in manufacturing. Seller dealt with issue very quickly and sent replacement which was perfect, cannot fault replacement product of customer service.

Not working
I got this gift given to me at Christmas and my mum loved it so much she tried to get it off me lol.Come mothers dad and me and my sister knew this was the perfect gift for our hard working mum, it did not disappoint she was thrilled, I had also given her 2 spare bulbs that I had needed for mine.However the lamp is now not working? My dad has put two new bulbs in aswel as a new fuse?Please help us here as it gave my mum so much joy especially being nhs staff right now x

This is absolutely beautiful using it with scency wax melts and works very well love that you can change the light brightness too. And fabulous price!

Poor quality
Lovely lamp poor seller. Lamp came damaged, it had dents all around the top and bottom of the lamp I counted at least 19. When taking it up with seller because the lamp was still useable I was offered a 30% refund instead of a replacement. Lamp looked awful so it was binned and repurchased from else where
