Cook Like a Caterer

There are a few useful recipes in this book, but there are so many grammar, usage, omission and punctuation errors in so many of them it will drive you nuts. It should be a crime to take the public's money for such an atrocity. Why, oh why, has it been published in such a sorry state? After having been slowed down or confused by dozens of these, finally I was rewarded with a good laugh when I read, "guests love to hoover around the bar."

Well written. Easy to follow. Pictures look great. Author was extremely nice and was willing to answer questions with a lot of helpful details.

I was hoping for more pictures hints & directions. I'm in a position of trying to do everything myself for 50 out of town guests for a wedding.
