The strips of tissue paper are joined together in the finished paper flower. 2-Carefully pull the layers of tissue paper apart one by one. 3-When all the strips have been pulled apart, make a more round shape with your hand gently. 4- Now, hang the paper flower anywhere you want. blow up for foil balloons: You stick a normal straw(or air pump) in the valve and blow up that way. Sticky adhesive at the exit. Pull out the blowpipe when foil balloons once inflated, and then you squeeze the air outlet. And then hang them up or stick on the wall. Confetti Balloons: The confetti balloons come with ROSE GOLD confetti inside, after inflated, please rub gently with carpet, silk, hair(best way) and roll the balloons. Static electricity is a good friend to help you made the confetti stick to sides of the balloon. Warm Tips: - Do not put the balloons near to the flame, sharp objects or lemon juice, they might burst. - Do not fill too much air into the balloons, 80%-90% is enough, and please be gentle when you inflate them. Best for a party. Everything you need to decorate for a birthday party. Great colors!
A nice Decoration set with lots of Champagne, Rose Gold, Latex and Confetti Latex (they are amazing) balloons, beautiful Pink "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" Banner, paper pom poms were amazing, Hanging Swirls i didnt use :), 18 inch Rose gold Star and Heart Foil balloons. With all these I have created a perfect decoration for my daughter. She loved that. The set can be used for multiple purposes as it turns the environment as you wish to.I used it for her birthday, decoration was full of pink and white balloons and additionally i added multi colored lights around the room.I have blown the balloons 10 days before and they are still as same as on the first day.They look shiny and beautiful both in lights and at night time. Best for a party.

Not what the picture is
I bought these decoration as my daughter loves the colour theme. But when I opened the packet the only thing that resembled the picture was the banner and the foil balloons... the ceiling twisty decorations were silver and purple the Pom Pom were ok. The normal balloons that we meant to be rose gold in colour are more orange. It’s a bit disappointing as the picture is very misleading.

Good value for money
Excellent value for money, all easy to prepare for decorating. Lovely mix of colour (although some items were bright purple, not orange) and certainly enough items to make a big impact. The balloons stayed inflated for over 2 week's, which I was I impressed with. The only slight negative was that 2 of the balloons had pin holes in them and could not be inflated. I particularly loved the garland, and that plenty of ribbon was provided to help hang the items.

Mainly good, pom poms rubbish
Balloons were just ok - need your own helium for the foil ones, tried it on the confetti ones and they just exploded - that confetti stuff goes everywhere!!! Blown up normally and they looked lovely... The banners etc were very good quality and size, couldn't figure out the pom pom ball things - looks like you have to manually separate many layers of tissue paper - so time consuming and first attempt ripped many times... looked rubbish so didn't bother with the other ones.

Pretty in pink
Cute little set! Really pretty colours and perfect for my neices birthday which is coming up. Not sure it's worth the full amount of cost though but there are a good amount of balloons, the heart shaped balloons are shimmery pink and the banner, which comes with a pink string to hold it up ...looks quite expensive too! Not a fan of the foil curly things as they remind of tacky Christmas decorations but the rest of it is nice!! Can't wait to put them all to use :)

Small part arent for kids who are under 6 year old
Nice colours of the decorations! Will improve any party ;) do many different shapes ( not just baloons) make it this set more interessted also :) my daughter was delighted, when I decorate Her room by this decorations for Her birthday party do I deffinately recommended to buy:)

Lovely decorations
Got this wonderful decoration for my daughters 2nd birthday, i was looking for a rose gold with a touch of pink and this was perfect. Baloons are easy to inflate doesn't need to be inflated with helium and it is really thick that does not pop up quick. No need to pay a lot just to out up a decorations for a party this DIY decoration is really a good value.

Missing Letters in banner
I would have given this five stars as it looks truly amazing if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s missing two letters in birthday so our banner for my daughters 18th reads happy bthday. We’ve assembled it as didn’t know until it was needed so although I’ve tried to request a refund through the returns I would need to return which I cannot do. However I would still expect a replacement product rather than refund and I really didn’t want to write this review as I think product otherwise is great apart from slightly hard to assemble.
