I purchased a used motorhome with aluminum wheels. The wheels were definitely in need of polishing. I went to YouTube to find out what products work the best. I determined that Flitz looked to be the most complete kit out there. My wheels may well have never been polished. So my expectations of them becoming shiny again were low. I am happy to say that after 1 afternoon with very little effort they turned out great, exceeding my expectations. I polished them a short while ago and took a trip through the Colorado mountains into Utah. After returning, the motorhome was obviously dirty. I merely rinsed the wheels off with straight water and the shine bounced right back. I am thrilled with the results. Granted the wheels could look better if this product was used since they were new. But given the fact they were probably never polished in 20 years, they look great.

I was over anxious to buy something that worked and I watched the video how to clean aluminum wheels and I knew better but I fell for it anyways. Smoke and Mirrors. Its very expensive when you can buy cleaning supplies from Walmart and some Mothers Aluminum Polish for $5.00. This product did not work on my aluminum wheels as shown. Good Luck. Save your money.

Well, it took almost a month to arrive. By the time the kit arrived, I had already done 2 of my wheels with a cheap buffer from Walmart($30) and some Mother's Mag polish($6). Once this kit finally arrived weeks late, I did the other 2 wheels with this kit. And I have to say that it is not worth it. I got the same results with the cheap buffer and a can of $6 polish. the polishing pads are nice but other than that, this kit didn't justify the additional cost. Not to mention the agonizingly slow shipping. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of money. The picture showing the wheels polished is from the Mother's polish. As you can see, the results are just as good as this $200 kit.
