Check that you actually have a door that closes properly first. I've clipped my bellend pretty damn hard as I didn't realize the door wasn't closing properly. Great quality though

UPDATE 14th July 2020 - we contacted the seller with the photos of the 50lb bad that was coming apart and dealt with someone called Pinky. They were fantastic. Once they saw the pictures they emailed to inform a replacement set would be sent out to us and no extra cost and apologised for the inconvenience with the product. Now that’s what you call great customer service. Pinky was fantastic. Thank you Pinky 😃. We have loved the product. But this last week we have noticed the black band.50lbs is starting to fray and come apart meaning it is not as effective. Need to have help from the seller to get this replaced.I don’t think this should happen fromBeing used three times a week indoors

I injured myself in tennis - and realized i do need to warm up - especially my wrists - this has really helped me.comes with 5 different weight flexibands to attach - and comes with many different hand held devices to attach.Very well made and looks great, comes with its own small handheld bag which you can store all of it.Simply brilliant - i keep this inside by tennis/ badminton bag at all times .

These are the best resistance bands on the market, I’ve been using them for quite a while now and I did try different ones in between but if I am being honest nothing is as good as the TOPELEK ones.There are 5 different weight analogies 10-50lb which all together makes it 150lb.They are the only ones that come with a protective sleeve which I think it’s very important if you want your bands to last longer and not get damaged by friction.You should be able to do pretty much any exercises whit the resistance bands and target all of the muscle groups, there is a great page on Instagram where you can find lots of exercises whit resistance bands that I find very helpful @resistancecoach

My partner has given me grief for a while regarding my weights taking up space in the house, so I thought I’d give the bands a try, I won’t lie.....I love them, not only are they the size of a small and easily portable bag, but they really do give you an amazing workout. I’ll be taking these with me as I travel for work, meaning I’ll be able to never miss a workout again if I were to be in a hotel without a gym. I’ve since passed my weights onto my brother, now my partner is happy :)They are amazing and I would definitely recommend.

Tried these for two sessions so can't comment too much on how well they stand up to training long term but first impression is they look well made. All they parts fit together well and they all worked well. The door hanger fitted easily and allowed for a good range of exercises. Overall a good product at a good price.

Managed to order these at the start of lockdown when the gyms closed - not an exact replacement for the weights machines but a good second best. I’ve been using them for warm ups, back, shoulder and arm exercises. Really portable too, Good for when I get to travel again

Lockdown purchase of course. These are much better than standard rubber-band style resistance bands. The handles are great and being able to add them together to get the right resistance is essential. Can do a lot of the main dumbbell and cable exercises with these and get a pump going.
