Beat my expectation.

This cheese has a good taste and a good consistency.

This was a great price, and only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was not adequate cold packs. The cheese was not warm, but not cold. When I opened the package I could tell it had not yet gone bad.Hopefully the seller will see this review, as if it had been delayed another 4-6 hrs it would not have been safe to eat.

very nice texture, firm and delicious, with a slight sharpness to it. And healthy to boot. If you are health conscious, and enjoy a nice thick slice of high quality cheese, this might be what you are looking for. This was my first time trying it and I'll be back for more when this is gone.And by the way, I have a dairy sensitivity, not intolerance mind you, but I have detected absolutely now ill affects after eating this. Which is a great help in me being able to get calcium into my diet.

This cheese is a classic goes with everything.

Did not have that fresh nutty flavor as what I buy locally. Tasted "old."

This is my all time favorite cheese. I get this all the time. As far as the price, ALL cheese is expensive and this one is no exception.

The ordering and delivery process were fine, but the cheese must have either been frozen or stored badly. When opened it had a way look to it, and when eaten it was for the most part tasteless.
