Great!
This is a wonderful volume that is handsomely bound and wonderfully introduced. The translation is lucid and elegant, I cannot recommend this book enough!

Who's Responsible?
Either Gregory was a lousy writer or the translator is a lousy translator. Turgid, dense and taught. When you arrive at book 4, you will see the good man twisting and turning the words to make them doctrinally sound. He cannot possibly entertain the suggestion that when Job says 'Curse the day on which I was born,' he means that the day he was born on should be cursed - that would be un-Christian. Origen and Philo do this kind of thing a lot better.
