Great unit for experienced installer
I installed this unit in a single family home with two baths and a laundry. The product is first class and the directions are detailed and excellent - but you better know your stuff. Also, you need to buy a "kit" for on-demand water heaters that includes the shut-offs and pressure relief valve for around $60 here on Amazon. FOLLOW THE START-UP DIRECTIONS EXACTLY or unit will not start. Hot water arrives a little more slowly than traditional heaters, but then it never ends. Love it.

Never run out of hot water again
Anyone who is on the fence about getting this, needs to get off. Having a rough day and wanna spend an hour in the shower? You got it! In a house with 4 women this thing is a life saver. The only reason to yell at your kid to get out of the shower is to conserve water. The heat will still be there no matter how many people shower before you. Once you go tankless, you'll have a hard time going back!
