Great buy
I am a tool and die maker. I use these things every day it is nice to have a few pairs without holes that way chips dont get all in them. Holes are nice fore mounting to the table, but when just used as parallel's these are better. Micd them all and are all within .0002". That is mold maker quality for $16! Why pay $120 for starrett when these are more than good enough. They are case hardened so they dont mark up easy. The best part is when you program your z offset you know your part is 1" off table(or 2 or 3)they cone in was paper with anti rust oil on them. Just wipe them down and you se that nice surface finish. Great buy you cant cheap out on a lot of things with machining but setup blocks, parallels are certainly an exception. As long as they are in tolerance you will be wating money paying more when you can get 10 of these for the same price as 2 starett.

Great for the price, accurate and solid.
These blocks are solid and heavy. They seem hard and ought to be durable, they show no sign of rust after a few weeks in a humid environment, but I do take care of my tools. They are as accurate as I have the ability to measure, which is with micrometers. They are as advertised and make excellent setup and shop use blocks. For the price they are very good and should serve nicely for some time.

Excellent deal for a cheap set of blocks
These are a very inexpensive set of 1-2-3 blocks, but are a very good bargain. The surface finish is about a 16 (using a visual comparison gage). The edges are rough looking, you can tell they were chamfered on a belt sander, but the edges are clean, nothing affects the flat surfaces of the block. Like another reviewer, I checked them with a mic, and all parallel surfaces are within .0002". I had an opportunity to put them on a CMM, and squareness was within .0002". I program and set up CNC mills, and I use these daily for setting up machines. And contrary to another review, mine do wring together, you can feel a slight vacuum when you pull them apart. For this price, I am extremely satisfied.

Today's shape is brought to you by the letter, rectangle!
This here is a genyine hunk of metal. Yes folks, if you need a brick -o- metal, this is your brick. This ear brick measures darned near 1 inch, by (wait for it) 2 inches, by (ohhhh yes) 3 fantastic inches of shiny goo covered bliss. I do mention the goo as there is no way about using it with the goo in place. But once removed, these things are a sight to behold (assuming shiny metal bricks are your sort of thing). But let's get dan to brass tacks shant we? Ah yes... how do they work you might be asking. And that is a good keshton. Well they work great. I put them on my CNC machine to get things all nice and squared up. So far I have been unable to detect any sort of malformity.

Great building tool
I use them for building model RC airplanes. They work great for squaring, weights holding parts in place and for blocking. I checked them with a square, and they are very true. If you are looking for something to be absolutely perfectly square, you can get them, but they are over $100 a piece! These work very well for what I need them for. Well worth the price!

Unbelievable!
I just got my two blocks in the mail. 4 bubble wrap priority mail envelopes. You could drop the package and it would probably bounce. It felt squishy to the squeeze and I didn’t know what it was until I cut through all the layers of bubble wrap. Excellent packaging. Both measured out to 0.0001 of an inch. Absolutely within tolerance for what I need. \I still cant get over the price and how inexpensive they are. They came from “All Industrial Tool Supply” in Huntington Beach California. I’m thinking these hade to be machined here in America. They are Perfect and about 10 times cheaper than Starrett 1-2-3 blocks. Amazing!

Nice
I bought 4 blocks. They arrived in 2 days. The packaging was acceptable ( thought I would add that, because I think some people want them elegantly wrapped). They looked nicely machined with eased edges. The blocks had a light coat of grease on them which cleaned up well with mineral spirits. Their size was spot on & no holes. I got what I ordered for a decent price. HAPPY.

They were cheap...
They came packaged horribly, one fell out of the shipping package. They are both banged up from hitting each other in shipping...They get 1 star for being metal. They get the 2nd star for being reasonably flat.
