Beach Party/Bikini Beach (Midnite Movies Double Feature)

They may seem a bit dated some times, but overall, they are easy to watch. These movies were made quickly and on a low budget, but stand the test of time. There a few hot rods here and there, including a rare shot of Dean Jefferies' Manta Ray. Dick Dale makes a couple of scene too (you younger people can look those two up online to find out who they are :-)Stevie Wonder also appears in one of the movies near the end. He was really young then ! That was cool.If you want to forget the busy cranky world of today, put on one of these DVDs and enjoy.

I like the movie

Loved ALL the 'Beach movies, only problem was Midnite movies left out the second movie & I had to buy that separately

take a trip back to a more simple time, a time when every one is nt staring into a little phone, a time of no air-bags, computers, or video games,

The disc is missing the code on side 2 to make it play correctly on an HDTV!

My husband loves this movie set. We were watching it on tv one day and we had to leave for a weddng. When we got back, he told me to order it. When it came, we watched them. These are great classic movies.

Both of these films are great parts of American pop culture and who can't help but love Frankie and Annette's all American wholesome charm that many baby boomers of the 50s and 60s grew up with. Watching these films you can't help but smile!

This DVD is awesome! I love the oldies, songs and movies. The beach party ones were always my favorites and who didn't love Annette and Frankie?I would recommend this to anyone that shares my love of movies like this.

Most people today would find these movies a bit of a joke, but for those of us who grew up in the 60's and remember going to the old drive-ins, it is like a childhood treat that you haven't tasted in over 50 years!

Nothing like curling up and watching these older movies with a friend or two. Wine cheese and friends for a good time and a laugh. thx

Arrived on time, no damage to dvd or packaging.

This comes on a single double-sided DVD, not 2 DVDs as is advertised. Also, one feature is not in widescreen, even though the description says they both are. If the back of the box would be shown as well as the front on the website, large enough to read, it would be easy to read that this is a single, double sided disc, one feature in widescreen, the other in letterbox. Amazon should take greater care in its descriptions and offer more and better views of products. It would save everyone a lot of time and money. I am returning this.

It is amusing and somewhat silly. Its the perfect movies when you are not feeling good or you are depressed or just want a silly movie.
