Poor kids!
It never became ice cream. If this requires patience, be prepared for over 2 hours of cranking! Poor kids!!

There is a solution!!
For all you guys who said it would not thicken I have the solution,1. Throw away instructions2. punch small holes in the lid of the steel drum3. ADULT SUPERVISION NEEDED, place big chunks of dry ice in the canister, ensure that the gas can escape from drum, then proceed to make ice cream! ;)

Doesn't work
Followed instructions for ice cream preparation. Cranked machine for 25 straight minutes but ice cream never thickened. No child would endure such torture. Doesn't work! Do not buy!
