This is a wonderful, small baking dish. It arrived well-packaged. However, the adhesive used to secure the company's logo to the dish was almost impossible to remove. When I removed the logo strip, an adhesive was placed on the dish's inside, right where food would be placed to cook. I had to soak the dish in Goo Gone for over an hour and then aggressively scrape the adhesive from inside the dish. I hope the company will use another adhesive in the future.

This is my latest item to my collection of Emile Henry. This stuff is great! It cleans easy and can go from the freezer to a hot oven with no problem. ( don't use it like that but great to know I can). The company has been making this for over 150 years. I think about 170 or so but not sure. The point if they KNOW ceramics! Worth every dime.

I love this little baker. It's perfect for just one or two people, and even burned on food comes off easily with an overnight soak in hot water with a bit of dishwasher liquid. I like it so much I bought 2 more as Christmas gifts for friends !

Needed a smaller casserole dish, this was perfect size, very nice. I might buy a size up too for larger meal. Great product, made in france not China. I trust nothing weird in the material. Great for baking.

I really like the quality of this bowl. It is very small so max two to three servings you can make in this . it is very pretty and sturdy.

Update: I used the Ultime dish to steam vegetables including tomatoes and after eating the vegetables I felt that some of the glaze from the Ultime dish had melted into the vegetable juices. While I was hand washing the dish it got easily chipped. The return window for this item closed on August 10, 2018 and today is August 13, 2018. Based on my experience, the glaze on the older Heat Resistant Pie Dishes by Emile Henry is much stronger and more suitable for food than on this Ultime dish.-------------The item in the photograph in the listing on amazon.com looks bright white in colour, whereas the item I received from amazon.com is off-white in colour on the inside as well as on the outside even though "Flour" is printed on its label and the dimensions of the item I received are very close to the dimensions of the "Ultime" Baking Dish. The item was very well packed with sufficient bubblewrap. Thank you.

It’s a wonderful item but it does have a small flaw in the glaze, like a lot of others here report. It is small enough that it’s not worth returning BUT given how many have complained, I wonder if they’re not just selling seconds on Amazon that they don’t put out in retail where you can inspect them.

É arrivata con una colata di pittura in più da una parte. Ora con il Covid voglia di fare le code in posta per renderla non ne ho, quindi me la tengo difettata. Avevo preso apposta un prodotto francese per evitare prodotti di scarsa qualità.

great for small scale cooking that is normally done in a large pan, if cooking for one or 2 this is ideal. I bought 2 should have got more!
