Robert H. Jackson: New Deal Lawyer, Supreme Court Justice, Nuremberg Prosecutor

Robert Jackson should be included in every American History text book. When called to serve our nation and the world in bringing the Nazi war criminals to justice, he took on the task. The horrors inflicted on the civilian populations and Jews during the war were investigated and the criminals were sentenced.The book is an easy read. I've read everybook I can find by this author. I bought the book for myself..

Well written, with good historical information.

i expected a serious academic treatise. this is a paean, and written for junior high kids.

Excellent

The book does not pretend to be a penetrating study of the man, his times, or his Constitutional jurisprudence. It could, however, serve as an useful introduction to all three aspects for a 7th grader approaching study of law from a biographical starting point.

Bin froh, an die Biographie über diesns ausgezeichneten und klassisch hochgebildeten Juristen gekommen zu sein.Prof. Dr.iur.John Barrett o.ä., ein Lehrstuhlinhaber an einer Universität in den vereinigten Staaten, verfaßt ebenfalls eine Biographie über Jackson. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, ob diese schon einsehbar ist. Es ist nicht einfach, über Robert Jackson mehr zu erfahren. deswegen ist die Biographie von Frau Jarrow hilfreich.
