Happens to All of UsThe notebook does warp in humid environments and not much can be done about it. I've seen more if not all notebooks of all types do this so if your Apica Notebook warps don't worry, it's not just you. One solution I've tried that straightens it a bit is to put it on a flat surface and then another flat surface on top of it and add weight evenly like stacking books on it.PaperThe paper itself can handle most fountain pen inks. No significant feathering. No real bleed through. I tend to use this with a mix of gel pens and high ink flow pens and it holds the inks nicely, but whenever I try to use ballpoints I need to press hard into the paper and I fear I might tear into the paper, but that might just be how I take care of my ballpoint pens. Besides that it's a nice notebook for writing, diary writing, jounraling (record keeping life not diary stuff), and maybe as a on the go notebook you keep in a backpack. I wouldn't use it as an actual notebook for taking school/work/personal/etc. notes since it's so small and short for those sort of task.I would buy this again for fountain pens, high flow ink pens, or gel pens. Not so much ballpoint, unless you take care of your ballpoints well enough for them to glide across the pages.

These are great notebooks. Buy more than one so you can dedicate a purpose/project to each one. I also liked the smaller version for my purse.

I can only presume this was damaged during transit and I'm sure if it wasn't mauled during the process this would be a lovely notebook. Came with the front right area bent and folded with no ability to return defective merchandise. Would give zero stars if able.

I love the size and weight of this notebook. It's great for conferences and workshops. I get the one with fewer pages so that my events are relatively distinct. I like the fact that that different colors are available so that I can differentiate them on my shelf, but not so crazy bright or "cutesy" that I'm embarrassed to have them in a professional setting. Shipping is a little expensive if you are just getting one but if you buy a few, then I think it's worth it, especially since I think this kind of notebook is more difficult to find in the US.
