Bought these memory foam inserts for my walking shoes but they were too thick and uncomfortable. However, I then decided to try them inside my wellington boots and they are perfect! They stop my wellies from being too loose and they keep my feet warm as they provide a cushion/layer between the sole and my foot. Lovely!

I have bought 2 in different colours and both in my normal size. For one pair of shoes they were fine and for the other a tiny little bit too big. I have cute 1mm off of each end and they were perfect. It depends on shoes brand and style.Very comfortable to walk on but what I have noticed, even when they replace old inserts they are much thicker which can make shoes which are tight even tighter and more on a small side.They are good for my walking boots which I've had for years but on new Converse style shoes they are simply too thick.Overall, great quality and would definitely buy again.

As per the headline. I ordered a size larger & expected to trim them. Tried in a Converse trainer & a Meindl walking boot both size UK9 & no trimming necessary which makes me assume that an actual 9 insole would be too small & slide around. The seem well made & I'll buy another pair. Can't speak for the comfort or durability as they're new today.

Very reasonably priced. Delivered within a day. Feels slippery sometimes but a happy buyer.

Put these in my walking boots and they fit pretty snugly and they did absorb alot of shock from walking. They stopped my feet from hurting as quickly as they normally would and survived 10 days of continuous intense walking
