Just what I needed
It's a power adapter that fits fairly flat against the wall. Feels sturdy, safe, reliable and most importantly, it finally allowed me to push some furniture all the way against a wall. Price was fair and it came right to my door. It just works, so if you need this, and you probably do since you're reading reviews on it, just buy it already.

Perfect for tight spaces
Had about an inch of clearance between wall and cabinet - the flat plugin worked great in this tight space! Note that with this particular item, the cord angles off to the right...if the outlet is near the outer edge and you do not want it to show, this is ideal on the left side only.

Awesome
This little cord is perfect for when you need all of the space you can get behind an appliance or piece of electronic equipment. I've been using it for a microwave for quite some time and it handles the power just right and gives me the space I need. If you have some tight spaces where you're plugging something into the outlet, this cord might be just the trick to help you out of a jam.

Very flat, unfortunately does not rotate
This is your perfect basic flat extension cord. It hugs extremely close to the wall; I was trying to set up an Ikea Framsta-Besta combination, which requires mounting some pieces to the wall. The plug is barely deeper than the floor's molding, so it was flat enough to allow space for proper mounting. The only downside is the cord does not rotate; you're stuck with it going to the right. However, the cord is long enough that this shouldn't bee too much of a problem. I'll take an extraordinarily flat plug over a rotatable, slightly thicker one so if it was a design decision, it was a good one.

Sturdy with one consideration.
This may not apply to everyone, however, I feel any detailed product information that is informative is noteworthy. The plug itself is offset to one side. If your outlets ground plug is on the bottom(typically it is), this extender will be offset to the right. If your outlets are installed with ground at the top, this adapter with offset to the left. This will shorten the useful length if you plug items into opposite sides so consider the length depending on your application and you may want to purchase a longer cord for your needs. The design is practical allowing items to be placed closer to the wall than would be possible with traditional plugs. I am still giving 5 stars for flat plug, angle, and thickness. If I had to do it all over, I would purchase slightly longer given that you lose some length with flat plug and angles. Take this into consideration when measuring.

Works as expected
I bought this because I have an outlet on the wall right next to our bed, which is right up against said wall. The old extension cord stuck out a lot and occasionally I'd knock it out and wake up to an iPhone with very little battery left. I also have a totally random fear that a power cord sicking out slightly might come in contact with a totally random metal object that falls on and bridges the two prong causing a fire. Yeah, weird, I know but what can you do.This extension cord fits totally snug in the socket, doesn't come loose at all and I don't even notice it is there. 18 inches is also the prefect length for my particular application and it does exactly what it is supposed to do, extends the power.

Not as thin as I hoped.
As a way to get wall warts off a powerstrip or outlet, this cord works fine, but if you're trying to move furniture closer to a wall with an outlet, I wouldn't waste my money. Over a regular television straight wall plug this only gave me maybe an extra half inch extra space . it's bulkier than the pictures make it seem.

Just what's needed
I'm not sure why every appliance doesn't use flat plugs. It makes sense to have this even if have space to spare because you want your furnishing to be as flush to the wall as possible.I bought these so I can use my stacked washer/dryer which is in a perfectly fitted closet with two AC plugs. The regular appliance plugs just didn't work because it required too much space. Using these not only saved us from plugging it elsewhere (that was an eye sore), but it also left us with space to spare. This adapter feels solid and well made.
