The design of this towel warmer is good designed. It’s standing very stable. It’s has six row of bar which can easily use for more then one towel. It’s easy to adjust the timer hourly and also has temperature settings up to 60 f.

The heat feature is completely underwhelming. Then when I went to return it saying "No Longer Needed", I was asked to pay the return shipping. Huh? I'm a Prime member. And guess what? The UPS store quoted me $57 to return the $79 item. Uh, no. I'll donate it or give it to someone I don't like.

After a month it is working great. I mounted it on the wall under another towel warmer I already had. They both got perfectly. The feet that come with the unit for wall mount are very nice and sturdy. Well worth the purchase. The towel comes off the rack warmed through.

This towel warmer needs to be left on for quite some time to heat your towel sufficiently, but when I turn it on an hour ahead, it is very toasty. It’s also really useful for drying wet clothes. It’s lightweight, and assembly was easy. Like another reviewer, I ultimately suspended it by hooks to the existing towel rack, because the legs were too wide in my small bathroom. At one point, I had it propped against the wall like a ladder.

Pros~ heats up nicely Like the timer feature Sleek designCon~ the stand is not very strong or sturdy. One bump and the stand fell over and separated from main unit. Was able to take apart 8 screws each side and put back together. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

I liked the ease of assembly. We chose freestanding not wall mounted.

Just not high quality

This is recommended to me by my friend. It's really convenient to keep the towels warm and also reduce the bacteria.But for a small bathroom,it will occupy a place and need to pay attention to the electricity safety.So I put it on my bathroom and really helps me a lot.

It does a pretty mediocre job of warming towels, even on the highest setting. They feel slightly warm but it's barely noticeable. It's handy for drying towels and bathing suits so I guess I'll use it for that.

Ce chauffe-serviette va à peine avoir séché une serviette de bain en 2 heures. Ne vous attendez pas à ce qu'elle soit chaude et ne tentez pas d'en mettre plusieurs. Dépensez plus et allez chercher un chauffe-serviette qui en vaut la peine.
