This Kettle:a. it's a beautiful color - I really like.b. The handle style is easy, comfortable and doesn't get hot.c. The whistle isn't too loud, but could be a bit louder for those who may forget they have it on the stove.d. So far we've had no problems with chipping, cracking or anything of that nature.e. Thus far we've found nothing floating in the water from any type of inside peeling.f. So far this is a good purchase.

I bought this for my mother in law and gave it to her as an early Christmas present and she lit up with excitement. I'm so glad that we were able to get this in the shade of purple that we did, it's my mother in law's favorite color.

I've read the reviews about rust before purchasing, but wanted this to go with my purple and stainless steel kitchen. I've been using it fairly usual for about two weeks now. No rust yet (I will update this posting if it does start to rust!) My only complaint right at this point, and I saw listed on previous reviews, the handle seems a bit flimsy and unreliable. It works just fine, but I pray one day, the handle doesn't just snap off when I have the kettle filled with boiling water! Also, it does not let out a loud whistle.

I've only used it once upon receiving the kettle, but it works great so far! The whistle is nice and loud, the kettle itself is big and covers the whole of my burner. I love this kettle and it just arrived!

This is the second one of these I bought. I burned the first one - totally my fault - I went for a walk and left it on the stove. (Eeek!)I like the first one so much I ordered an exact replacement.It looks great on the stove and perfectly matches my T-fal.

Great tea kettle. I gave it as a Christmas Gift, and it was so well received, that she started using it immediately. It was exactly the right size and works perfectly.

It's cute. I purchased the purple. Two major flaws are the handle and the lever in the handle to open the spout. The handle is very flimsy when the tea kettle gets hot. It almost feels like it is going to snap off. The lever built in to the handle gets stuck every time you pour the water. It's been a struggle to find the perfect tea kettle, so I have learned to live with all their flaws.

The handle gets really hot when the water is fully boiled, so you can lift it with a hot pad or wait a min or so for it to cool off. other than that its fine.
