I’ve been using this shampoo for a long time, always purchasing it from physical stores without any issues. However, this time I ordered it from Amazon, and the quality was drastically different — it felt like a cheap detergent had been mixed in. From the very first wash, I experienced severe hair fall, extreme dryness, and frizziness — it was like a forest on my head.This is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on online platforms where the authenticity of products can't always be trusted. What’s worse, there’s no option to return or exchange it if the product turns out to be substandard.My strong recommendation: do not buy this shampoo online. Stick to trusted physical stores, even if it costs a bit more — it’s not worth risking your hair's health.
