Well made and perfect for your Derby needs.
I was really impressed with the quality and added features to allow for the addition of weight to the derby car. I had bought multiple derby cars as my little Scouts last year when building, carved too much and broke their derby so wanted to be prepared with some cut ones in case they sanded and cut too much again. And while we didn’t end up racing this one it was by far spot on in terms of craftsmanship, quality and design. Great purchase if you don’t have access to tools needed to cut your own or need a backup in case your little one gets too zealous while making their derby design and find yourself with no car the night before and need a Hail Mary.

Hard to mess this up. Much easier if you don't have the bandsaw to cut out your own!
