DeVilbiss 130500 CAMAIR CT30 Series Wall-Mounted Desiccant Air Dryer/Filter System

I have always had to fight moisture in my shops air supply until we installed the Devilbiss 130500 CAMAIR CT30 Series Wall-Mounted Desiccant Air Dryer/Filter System. Even though it is rather expensive we have zero moisture in our air supply. Install it and your moisture problems are gone.

I use my compressor mainly for media blasting. I recently switched to a much finer mil-spec media that would clog in the gun constantly even though i had another water filter inline and kept the tank and other filter drained. Just too hot and humid here in Texas. Installing the new CT30 was a snap although it is MUCH heaiver than it would appear and I had to use 1/2" bolts to retain it. Once installed and in use, absolutely dry air out of my gun. Hopefully the media will last but it looks like the desiccant cartridge will be easy to swap out. A much simpler solution to a big problem than a refrigerant type air dryer!

read up on this unit. went with this larger unit than its smaller counterpart.need it for my blast cabinet. airtools and my CNC PLASMA CUTTER I run in my shopsince install. not one drop of water,what else can I say, it does what it says!!!!!

Haven't used yet but my friend paints a lot and swear by this unit to one the best!! Also the best price was given by the seller after looking out for one for about 6 months.

Expensive but an absolutely great "Desiccant Air Dryer/Filter System". I'd recommend it. I've been using it for a couple of months and the media in my blast cabinet is bone dry. Haven't hooked a paint gun up to it yet but I know I'll get the results I want. The air in my shop is so dry I get thirsty when I enter the building.

Works perfect. Great for automotive finishing.

The CT30 is a professional grade in-line dryer. It is abig, beefy piece of metal and is heavy. It is solidly built and does not leak any air. I installed it in route to protect my 37 inch wide belt sander from moisture. It has a viewport that changes color when the dessiccant has been saturated (which has not happened yet through the past year). Based upon its construction and ratings, I feel reasonably assured that it will accomplish the task for which I bought it, and I would recommend this product.
