Excellent book with practical steps to include in our life. I have enjoyed the amount of information that the author has provided in this book. The book covers 20 steps to live longer and look younger. The book also covers a body tour section that provides great information about important body parts and how we can take care of them. If you want to improve your health and live longer, give this amazing book a read. I highly recommend this book.

Easy to follow & makes sense
Easy to read, informative - it all makes sense - the choice is yours. Not a 'you must do book' but one that goes through the 'age process' on your body. Giving you ideas to a healthy future.
