Q: Can the 3 bag rack hold two golf bags and a pull cart?

Mine is holding two golf bags, but it does have more room. I can't guarantee it can hold your pull cart, but I think it's possible, depending on your cart size and hook.

Q: how many hooks come wiht this one your selling for $69.99? it twlls me brackets, screws, monkey bar & 3-3, so i want not sure. Thanks

There are a total of six hangers, three & three. I have three golf bags hanging from mine without any problems. A great way to get your golf bag(s) off the garage floor.
