I have ordered this fudge cookies As I am following keto diet but still want to eat something tasty for snacks. The flavor is good, they are mini bite size cookies. Think they are little pricey but after reading the carb content its value for money. After every cookie I felt flax seed remains in the mouth.I eat just one cookie a day with Ketofy - bullet coffee. It is very satisfying. I will surely order again.One thing I would like to confirm that I ordered cookies on 4th Dec, got delivered on time i.e. 6th Dec..and manufacturing date is 5th Dec.Do they manufacturer as they get order.??Any ways, if you are keto and have sweet tooth go for this cookies. I will be using them in Keto Icecream and fatbombs, and also as a base for my Keto cheese cake.Packaged cookies are 200gms. I received 21 cookies in it. 100 gms has 9.0 carbs.. So as package instructions says each cookie has around 0.9 gm of net carb. Pretty interesting taste for such a low carb cookie.Note - While eating the very first cookie, it had very strong bitter taste like feeling, tasted something when you use high amount of sugar substitute. but it was just for first half coockie. Never felt it again for any cookie.I don't like sweets much, So I eat it only with Ketofy bullet coffee to nutralize the bitter coffee taste.

After reading many good reviews, I was tempted to order 2 packets. Let me give below various features, I did not appreciate:1. Taste not pleasing at all.2. Even single piece is so heavy to eat.3. Tastes like eating Pinni from a Halwai shop. You do not feel that you are eating a cookie4. Claiming this as a healthy substitute to cookies, this product has fat content of 45%.I had high hopes but experience was disappointing.

The Plot: I started keto about 6 days ago. 3 days into it and my craving for sweets was unbearable. Opened Amazon and started looking for something like this. But like every other ketoer, i was worried if this was actually a keto friendly cookie. So i ordered this and keto test strips.The Test: Both arrived together on 6th day. I first tested myself for keto levels before opening this pack. Result being I was well in deep keto. Then i opened this and popped atleast 7-8 pcs in one sitting since the first one was a delight. Since then, i tested myself in those keto sticks atleast 4 times at 1 hour interval the same night. And a lot many more times the following day. There was absolutely no/marginal change in keto levels. Since the colour of the strips remained same as the first test.Verdict: This is more than just keto friendly. It's a package of guiltless happiness waiting to be gorged on by some sweet deprived human.Those who are giving poor rating regarding taste, i am sure they have never tasted dark chocolate.

Once I started Low carb diet I was searching for suitable cookies. Tried few different varities, but this one suited the most.Monitored my sugar through CGM for a week . This was causing Minimum spike.And it tastes so good....Although different human bodies may react differently to certain food items.This is worth giving a try.
