Chezmoi Collection Nobility 7-Piece Violet/Black Flocked Floral Comforter Set, King

I really liked this comforter set but I'm glad that I held off on writing a review for a bit. We've had it a month and the design is fading after 1 wash. We followed the care instructions exactly but it still is fading. Do they expect you to air dry a whole dang comforter?We will keep it for now because king comforter sets aren't cheap but this is really annoying. Other than that, the top layer is kind of scratchy with faux velvet design assets, while the underside (that you would feel against you) is really nice and soft and it has a good weight to it. Just.... Doesn't stay looking nice long.

Worst piece of junk EVER made. This comforter is trash after the first wash...BEFORE IT WAS EVEN USED. The black designs appear to be cheap iron-on decals. The black designs are peeling and flaking off EVERYWHERE. If you run your hand over the comforter, dozens of pieces of the black design just roll right off of the comforter. BY FAR the WORST Amazon purchase EVER.

First off, before typing this review out, I made sure to sleep on my purchase and wash it numerous times.This dusty purple and black set is the second set like this (from the same manufacturer and same style, though not the same color) that I have personally purchased from Amazon. I gifted another set to a friend of mine back in 2017, and we are both happy to report that BOTH sets are in "Like New" condition still. We use our comforter sets every day during the cold months here in AL, and sometimes in Spring/Fall when a lighter weight comforter is called for rather than a full-blown down or down alternative one. We both keep them packed away for the Summer.We both have no idea how someone can wash the set one time and have holes, rips, or even loose threads for that matter. Maybe they wash their bedding with razorblades? We have no idea.The fuzzy soft velvet design parts do attract a lot of dog hair, but that's easily remedied (or not if you're like us and don't care because the pooches sleep in the bed with you).The fabric that is not velvet, the fabric that touches you (if you don't sleep with a top sheet like us) is a little bit scratchy at first, but softens up with every consecutive wash. None of the fabric has pulled or pilled.My rating: 4.75 stars (a quarter of a star off because I'm really starting to dislike the muted purple and I wish they offered more colors).My friend's rating: 5 stars. She is still obsessed with how vibrant the pink continues to be even after countless washes.

Absolutely love this set. It's beautiful 😍😍😍😍 it will keep you rather today but it's very comfortable and feels nice.

Personally I loved this set. The comforter is not too thick or thin, but of course it's not as puffy or long as it is in the picture. It will hang over your bed's sides decently though. The black stripes will always align to the edges of your bed if you buy the right size set, but according to how you make your bed the overhang at the end may be a little short for you. It's not bad though.The design is beautiful, but the black material used is a kind of velvet, while the blue is something much rougher in comparison. It's a little scratchy and it shook me at first, but really it's no big deal. The underside of the comforter is quite soft. The blanket is warm but not suffocating, at least not to me.The color is a bit misleading as well, instead it is a little paler blue. This turned out pretty okay for me though, I still loved how it looked and my set didn't have a green tint like some others have said.You might can wash this in your washer at home but with the velvet designs I would recommend you take this to the dry cleaners if something happens. Just be careful and don't eat on it I guess! I love this bed set and I would recommend it if you can take the price and the little pitfalls in between. Definitely check out the customer photos! It wasn't until preparing this review that there was mention this comforter was lightweight. Not what I wanted at all, not for northeast winter. Batting filling is very thin, feels like one layer. This would be good for spring or summer if your room doesn't get too hot (which mine does). Decent design but it's simply applique. It's not sewn in which will make washing problematic- I expect the batting will bunch up. Also was annoying trying to even the sides - top and bottom layers not sewn together so as I tugged, the top layer shifted without the bottom so nothing changed. I felt the king wasn't wide enough, that it was kinda short on the sides, but maybe my imagination. I got purple and color was true to expectation.

This is the Goldilocks of comforters. Not too thick and not too thin! I am impressed that this kind of quality material can be sold at this price. I love the material. It has a sheen to it and doesn't remind me of sticky silk like fabric at all. The backing is soft. Oh and it has a bonus not mentioned! It has random stitching in places that you can barely see, that will hold all the filler in place! I love that as a detail. You can wash it, and not have the filler lump up. The throw pillows are average. The shams are sewn well and should not tear when stuffing a huge pillow in them. I am pleased as can be. I did iron everything while it was on the bed to get rid of shipping creases. This is not a material that wrinkles. The dust ruffle is neat and fits well so no puckering!

Oh my!! I LOVE THIS COMFORTER!!! It's absolutely beautiful in person! FYI...the black accents on the pillows and comforter have velvet, raised and really nice feeling making this more of a winter set, but that's perfect because that's what I ordered it for! I ditched the skirt because I don't like skirts, but other than that...worth every dime!!

don't love or hate it. Looks nice enough but not well made. So glad it was inexpensive cause i would have returned otherwise. The pattern looks like but not a huge fan of the decorstive pillow designs. The fabric is light n cheap feeling.

Très beau produit. Par contre, je croyais que ce couvre-lit serait un peu plus épais, un peu plus gonflé . Je le trouve un peu mince. D'où 4 étoiles.Livraison plus que rapide

I have not used it yet, but it looks beautiful on the bed . Keeping it for staging. It is not 106 x 92 it is more like 104 x 92 king size .I don't really like the design of the throw pillows but that's ok for me . It's a great price for the size and what you get .

Love this bedding set. The comforter isn't very heavy, so I need a blanket with for Canadian winters, but it looks very elegant. I have just received it so I have no idea what its going to be like when washed.

Not what I was expecting. Bought for my new bed but the white exterior has a shiny look and with the black velvet it looks kinda trashy. Inside is soft and comfy. Looks horrible in my room so it's going in the camper.
